Why: I had a shitty day. Nothing really bad happened I was just feeling the slow crush of adulting and the dwindeling dollars in my account and I didn’t want to do much of anything. But then I opened my YouTube app and saw this on my home page and knew it was just what I needed. I obviously love Anne with an E, and Alex never fails to make me laugh, and I even tend to share his opinion on most things he reviews. Not only that but I have him to thank for my love of Legacies. Mostly I have him to thank for watching things for me so I never have to, I’m looking at you After.
At first when I saw he was going to talk about Anne I was a little nervous because I love Anne Shirley, that girl is deep in my blood. I was feeling like a raw nerve and I just didn’t want anyone messing with my Princess Cordelia (even if she can be objectively annoying). But I trusted him and he did not disappoint. I mean I could have read the full title and I would have known it was was safe, but the YouTube app is not conducive to long titles. I would say if you need a laugh and like me you love these types of show (mostly teen drama, super hero drama, and just every crappy movie Netflix makes) then you should watch some of Alex Meyers stuff.
This stranger on the internet has always made me laugh, and I always look forward to his videos. It was exactly what I needed to brighten my day.
